These are my oils ( each with benefits )... Mix them all in a small bowl and heat up for about 30 sec. Then cover all my hair throughly, combing through gently. Then I dip all my ends into the bowl to soak up the last of the oil and to make sure my ends are good and saturated. Squeeze excess out. Then I apply heat with a blow dryer for about 3-5 minutes, clip it up and cover with a cap and heat a little more. Sit for 30 or overnight. I do this 2-3 times a week, before every wash.

mrsperkins @jackee3177 Oh you are more than welcome, I was happy to do it. I love doing this, feels good taking care of yourself and nourishing your system. It's expensive to buy all at once, but once you have it, you don't run out all at once, so easy to pick one up here an there. Even if you only have 2 of the oils- still do it and add as you can. 1 oil is still good, you know? Amazon is the place to get these, ESPECIALLY if you are a Prime member!! 👌🏼

mrsperkins
mrsperkins @a080175 I mix a little of all of these every time. I might add a new one soon which I'll update here. You'll learn as you go how much you need if all of them. I do a 1 full large tablespoon of coconut oil ( if clumpy ) 2 if runny and then add a teaspoon of each maybe?

jessicaorganica @mrsperkins I love this Bre! I do this too. Switch up my oils from time to time depending what I have left. I also add peppermint, rosemary and sometimes eucalyptus to my scalp for circulation and the cooling effect to my scalp. Feels so good! I love natural remedies. Thank you for sharing. You do have beautiful hair😍😍

mrsanderson96 @rawdollz @mrsperkins @mrsalliexo I LOVE the idea of the peppermint. I get migraines and I was just told about trying peppermint essential oil- you dab a bit so you can smell it but not overwhelming.. Which then made complete sense why one of the main migraine meds has a peppermint flavor!! Thank you for sharing such great advice👭💕

jessicaorganica @a080175 awesome, yay 🤗. Migraines might be due to food allergies. My cousin had really bad Migraines for years. It turned out to be she was severely allergic to chicken and gluten. She went to a holistic doctor/nutritionist.

mrsanderson96 @rawdollz I think it's work related😅 I kid but seriously, I believe the post office is just so filthy and dusty it has something to do with it. I use to only get a migraine maybe once a week, but they've increased to weekly the past 5-6 years and working at the p.o. is the only difference we have come up with. I have been told to try a negative ion bracelet?? Have you heard of that??

mrsperkins
mrsperkins @a080175 Have you tried Botox?
Sep 26Reply
mrsanderson96
mrsanderson96 @mrsperkins The neurologist talks about it, in just unsure about😳

mrsanderson96 @mrsperkins is it a one time deal tho?
Sep 26Reply
mrsperkins
mrsperkins @a080175 That I haven't asked. Botox naturally wears off though. From what I hear, doing it twice a year is the most common. Allie might know @mrsalliexo

mrsanderson96 @mrsperkins I think it's the whole needle in the back of the head thing!!👾💉🙈 One of the women at my work did it once, but she back to the meds like me
Sep 26Reply
jessicaorganica
jessicaorganica @a080175 you should try the bracelet. There are people that swear it helps with their pain. Why not. Personally, I'm into any approach that is natural. I would be afraid of the botox too😣.

jessicaorganica @a080175 Hey, I just read about this mask called thera pearl. It sold on amazon, it's like an ice pack but for your face. I read a lot of people that suffer from migraines use it and that it seems to help. It costs $18. Icing your face is good for your skin too so why not give it a try😨.
