moderngal@josh8910 Hi! This works similar to classic fitbit flex bands. You just slip your tracker into the slot on the back of the band (tracker not included). The LED lights on the flex trackers that show your progress will illuminate through the top of the "T". Definitely let me know if I can answer any other questions 😊

moderngal@nicole__kay Hi Nicole! Yes listing is just for the pink silicone bracelet. It doesn't include the electonic Flex tracker. The Fitbit Flex is the model that uses bluetooth technolgy to sync the tracker to an app on your phone.

But the Tory Burch ones can go with sporty and casual outfits but also look good with more dressed up outfits for work

moderngal@amandapetroski Hi Amanda! You are correct. This listing is for the Tory Burch silicone band that can be used with the Fitbit Flex. The tracking device is not included. The Flex device is one where you sync it to your phone via blutooth and you can view your steps, sleep, etc. The fun thing about the Flex is that you can interchange bands to coordinate with your outfits. The Tory Burch bands are highly sought after because they add an element of designer fashion.
