double_k@alicia010665 Hi - It hadn't started tracking as of Saturday so I sent Poshmark an email to let them know it had been shipped but wasn't tracking yet. I got an email back from them that they were looking into it. I'm so sorry the postal service isn't cooperating! I will keep you in the loop!

hoarderhavenI don’t know who to ask to fix it since I can’t fix it myself and I’ve asked Poshmark for over a year to fix the technical problems, mostly my stuff doesn’t show up in searches but today they would not take my plus size, it’s very unfair. I only have 45 minutes left till the plus party is over but it won’t take most of my stuff

kmcnettMy 8-yr-old son died when my daughter was 4. As a single mom, we were always close. Now she's with a jealous controlling jerk, and I'm lucky if I get to talk to her once a week. (She's also 40 yrs old) It sounds like I don't have to tell you this, but always appreciate your mother.♡♡♡Much love to you both.♡♡♡

You should have received it by now - the 2 other pkgs that went out that day have reached their new owners already so I'm concerned why yours still says processing. double_k@blink8521 I figured out the issue! After bugging my husband with a million ?'s - realized he only sent out 2 pkgs not the 3 he was supposed to mail. So I went out to the car, yours had fallen on the floor, partially under the seat in back seat and we didn't see it. I apologize, it is on its way now - I just drove over to the post office. I'm so very sorry!!!

double_k@blink8521 once they scan it it should show up right away. My post office is the main hub that go straight to O'Hare so sometimes they don't scan it until it actually gets to the Chicago metro center at ohare but it should be in your hands by Saturday!

double_k@avf920 just woke up and saw your note. I'm super upset too - I have also now sent Posh an email asking what's going on. Did you get an email with the tracking #? I have it if you didn't. According to Posh, it was out for delivery in Dayton on Monday but wasn't updated as delivered. I will do more research and follow up with usps and a 2nd email to Posh. We really want you to have your tops and want you to be a happy customer - sorry that usps is messing up! 💕 - K & K

double_k@avf920 After stopping at the post office this morning, I don't have much more info from them. The tracking is showing that there was an issue with delivery Monday, but the postmaster couldn't tell what the issue was. I asked that they look into this as I have an angry customer.

double_k@avf920 It also appears that several Poshers have had intermittent issues with posh labels being coded with the barcode scan to send them to the wrong distribution centers. I have a pkg that went to Indiana instead of Cali already this week :( will update you as I can - I will be going back to post office after work today to see if they have answers. Again, my apologies for the USPS delay. I feel just awful about this and wish I could do more.
