mollydolly @silviathemudo hi Silvia, I would have to check but if that is what you saw then I guess that's what it is! PS- that is unstretched. The bust can stretch another 3-4". Also, it's strapless, so there's no need for it to be as wide as if it were a shirt as there's nothing suppressing the shoulders. Measure one of your strapless dresses you'll see it's also smaller than the average 17-18" bust for a small :)
