fondfarewell @hmbradway Sorry for the delay getting. Ack to you! Finally got these measured. The 3X waist is 25" across and the 2X waist was 24". Seems like it's designed to be flowy and fit loose, since the waist measurement is larger than the bust. Hope that helps.
