oliviasjewels @ashoegoddess the dress is pretty stretchy and the fabric is slightly thick, however she would need a really good supportive bra cause the padding wont help.

oliviasjewels @avany99 then get a medium, cause fabric is very stretchy. However the dress is very long. You will need to wear high heels, or maybe take a few inches off the hem.
