sandystarfish @tempted1381 Hi😀the head circumference on my mannequin is 18". It fits me, and I have a 20" head circumference. The chin strap is a little tight on my head. It is a very stretchy knit, though. So, I'd suggest measuring her head circumference to decide💓Hope that helps😀
