New with tag! Very stretchy black and white maxi dress. Very stretchy, soft, wrinkle-resistant material. The says says medium, but the dress form I have it on is size 20 (46" 40" 46") and would be 5'5" if it had a head. Unstretched waist is 24", but stretches well past 40". Unstretched hip is 52". Comes from a smoke-free and pet-free home. Bundle and save! :)
