kelsmeyer @good4me it hits me honestly right around where it hits the models and Carrie Underwood in the picture, a classy mid thigh... it's a more 'professional' mini skirt I would say, very tasteful. And the waste is absolutely elastic- small but would definitely fit a 2. Want a pic of it on? 🙃🙃
