@giselleugarte it all depends. I'm 6 foot tall and I sized down, but I also wore the dress extender under it so it wouldn't be too short to wear to work, and the sleeves were a tad short because I have long arms. If sleeves aren't something you worry about, them yes maybe size down. Personally, and it's weird I know. But I am small chested, so I always size down on loose fitting stuff, but that's just me!
