slk100110 @polkadots85 I've always been fairly active and was a personal trainer for sometime but when I started dating my now husband it got kicked into high gear because he was bodybuilding and training at the time. We try our best to keep one another motivated but it is hard some days! Especially because of the long commute I have. 😕. Good news is your will feel so much better and so much more energy when you start. If you need any pointers I'm always here. ❤️

slk100110 @polkadots85 I hear pure barre is great. I danced ballet from 5 to 18 and it is a killer workout! I totally understand the struggle. I do yoga in the morning and then I left with my husband after work then come home to cardio before bed. It's not ideal but it's necessary! I would like to compete in at least one show in the next year!
