I will be honest .. if you measure correctly.. and the smallest part of your waist is 33.. if you measure right above the belly buttom and it's 33" ... 33 is on the limit to be a large .... large will be from 30 to 32 ... but .. if you get large you will not be able to close the hooks for sure ... and if you get xl and you use it correctly which is 6 to 8 hours a week ... the xl will last you for 2 to 3 weeks
