kreed324 @daisylover1027 bag exterior is cotton (including the handle), interior is polyester. Very well made and durable piece. If the piece is able to be restocked, it would take 3-5 business days for us to receive and inspect. We would need to make some calls on Monday morning once offices re-open. Hope this helps!
