karmakiduk Hi Joanne, I just noticed you opened a case against me, was there an issue with the Boots? Did I send the wrong pair? It doesn't say what the problem was, if there is something wrong that I can fix I would like to be able to fix. I have another pair if there is something wrong with the ones I shipped you. joanie14h @karmakiduk I don't know how to private message you. Yes it is weird it doesn't message you first. Received two different shoes. Each one has different inserts for insole and coloring is different dye lots. One shoes has been rubbed and scuffed up. Just asking for partial credit back and shipping costs to buy matching insoles since you are moving.

karmakiduk I am so sorry this happened, I do have another pair, I had a pair that was a bit scratched up and was planning on selling later when I had more time to list separately but somehow I sent you one of that pair! I am so sorry, which foot is the scratched up shoe? I can mail you the correct one but now I am not sure how they handle this, did you still want the boots? I don't know they handle things but I do know they take forever.

karmakiduk @joanie14h HI Joanie, I am not moving right away, I will be here for 2 more months but I found the difference in the Boots huge, I can't sell this pair, it's not even a pair it's two way different boots, well you must have the two different boots so you know, it's not a pair!! Just decide which one you want to keep and I will send you the one that matches. Thanks Karol

joanie14h @karmakiduk the right boot is the rubbed and scuffed boot with a plain non lambs wool insole marked size 11in it. Is it possible to get the right boot shipped to us with the lamb insole and non rubbed with the ugg box?

I am sorry about the error, I should have checked before mailing, I am disabled and dealing with a lot right now with moving etc. but you shouldn't have to deal with hassle of mailing back to me, I appreciate it and will make it up on the next sale.
