@beaches1123 Hi! I would go off of measurements. This is approx. 13.5" across waist and 25" long. The waist is elastic and has stretch to it, so it will give you some wiggle room for sizing. I'd say the medium aligns closest to a size 27, or 4/6. Let me know if you have any other questions!
