School girl outfit

Adorable school girl outfit. 2 pieces; white button down and cardigan sweater are attached as one piece. Skirt is a skort. Tie is separate and I have absolutely no idea how to knot a tie! Worn once and in excellent condition. Has a pink stain next to button on white shirt. Cannot see when buttons are done up. Visible in last picture.
