ninas_closet11 @babyfacecurti this is what I go by: I think anything $50 or under shouldn't receive an offer lower then $5-$7 less then the listing price. I feel that anything listed at $85-$100 shouldn't receive anything lower then $10-$15 less then the listing price. Anything lower I will just DECLINE! Also if the price says its firm, then I don't know why people still want to send you a ridiculous half price offer🤔

I really like Poshmark because if the nice community of women, the exposure, and all the other cool options like bundling, offer button, and most importantly THE PARTIES💰💳 no other site offers these things, so I believe that's what has me hooked here! Lol

Try Using a stock photo as your very first picture to attract attention, or either stage the item well because this will catch people's eye quick. 2. I was gonna say price thing reasonably, but you already do......l I think your prices are VERY fair, especially based on the good quality items you are selling. 3. Try too share during every party 4. Be sure to exaggerate the actual price you paid 5. Don't be afraid to decline offers

fugit I stopped negotiating low offers and I refuse to counter a second time. They want your item, but they are mad you didn't except a $7 offer; so they leave ⭐⭐& trash your item. TWO the SAME day!! Items, I legit wore once. One girl says, "IDK, said worn once, but seems they were.". "Need better description, these are not light grey.". The other one, begged me to take her trash offer, says, "Disappointed in item condition". FOR THE LOVE OF MIKE! So now, forget it!

beekers Preach! I'm particularly fond of the $12 offer I received for my rare $800 Gucci pants. She then proceeded to offer me "more" in increments of $1. 🙈 I'm convinced - a large percentage of buyers do not want to spend over $5, whether it's Old Navy or Chanel. Lol- 90% of my offers are lowball. Sigh. I now just decline and move on.

It's hard to remain professional on here sometimes. And I cannot believe someone would rate you low when you gave them a deal! 🙈

I received two poor ratings. 1 because she didn't like the way her brand new eyelashes looked on her, and because she thought that $13 was too much for 5-pair of eyelashes. She claim she seen them for $3 somewhere, which was a lie, because I'm sure she would have bought them there.

ninas_closet11 @beekers the second bad rating was because the It was a new posher that ordered a outfit from me, but didn't check the tracking status, or her comments on here, so she didn't get the outfit for 2 weeks, because the tracking info stated that she wasn't home when delivering so it was at the post office waiting for her...... but she rated me bad for that! Smh and I actually gave her $40 off for the outfit smh

beekers @ninas_closet11 I wrote Posh a note about this yesterday. They should be looking into ratings and comments more carefully and seriously. I would hate to see a great Posher have low ratings due to dishonest buyers. Last thing and then I'll shut up. 😊 Do your buyers accept your packages right away? Mine rarely do and I have to wait the extra four days to get paid. It makes me upset and pissed because I try to wrap beautifully, send it out same day and include a gift with some purchases.

ninas_closet11 @beekers that irks the heck outta me! Especially when you ship the same day, offer exceptional customer service, and give a great deal! I mean, the least they can do is push the blue button. What makes it even worse, is that I always enclose a card thanking the buyer, and if they are new to Poshmark I write VERY detailed instructions on how to accept their order.

Ha- I've met some cool people on my "no lowball" post too. :) It's a great place to vent and share stories! My other favorite "bad" buyer experience is when you decline a lowball offer and the person becomes spiteful, as in "how dare they they not accept $5 for a brand new $100 shirt!" Then they proceed to call you names, blame you for their bad manners (while writing it ON the listing.)

beekers @ninas_closet11 Yes, have to remain professional, which is ridiculous considering how (some) people have acted on here. We shouldn't have to defend our pricing or selling decisions. I'd never walk into a retail store, pick up an item, walk to a counter and say, "I'll take it for an additional 80% off!" I can usually tell who's going to give me an issue, so I block them before they can ruin my listings. 😜

Then the very next day ( under a different username) gave me the same offer...Sometimes people can be pretty creepy on here. However, I don't decline since the algorithm in the Posh app shows more favorability to your closet when you negotiate, rather than declining. I figure if the lowballer and I are SO far off on what we perceive as the value of the item, there's no point in having 5 offers come in, increasing $1 each time, with me declining over and over. I have had an awfully trying day with my health and then a person who bought an item from my closet on a low offer said it had "cleanliness issues" that there was a "stain that was not in the description". So I immediately went back to every photo posted because I wouldn't send anything out that was not right. I pulled the images and there was DOT the size of the tip of a sharpie at the BOTTOM of the dress.

I have found that it is only "offer" sales that seem to cause the nit pick stuff. She then commented on my post telling me about the counteroffer button and said that I must be new to PM and she welcomed me. I replied back very politely saying that I was a Posh Ambassador and had been selling for five years and that I automatically decline offers lower than 40% off. The best part was that she had joined less than a month before 🤣

fender12 I love this posting!! I’ve been selling for a few yrs now n the offers I get are beyond ridiculous!! I completely ignore them n block them. It gets me furious when I see they’re sellers themselves!!! I wish poshmark would up the lowest I can bid. Thank you!!!!

ninas_closet11 @ssnipes1974 WHOA that is just disrespectful! $20 for a $800 item. I would hope that she meant to offer $200 eventhough that's still extremely low. $400 is a great number for anything Chanel. Ive only sold 1 item to a man and he was reasonable with his offer, but I think it's pathetic for a man to try to low-ball you..... Geez!

ninas_closet11 @fender12 good for you! Because I'm telling you, if you don't Block them right away and they eventually pay full price they will give you a low rating, just because you didn't except their offer. So I do just as you do "BLOCK, BLOCK, And BLOCK!"😂

fender12 @ninas_closet11 o ya I’ve gotten that before too! Question? I’ve been having a hard time getting shipping labels since the 1st. I’ve resubmitted, left messages to poshmark . They’re telling me that they’re fixing/updating there email account. It’s been since the 1st! U having any issues?

ninas_closet11 @fender12 oh wow, this is the first I'm hearing about this. No I haven't had any problems. I just printed one Monday. I wonder what's going on? Geez I hope they get this fixed soon before it starts interfering with people's ship time. I take my shipping times serious, because people are gonna buy from a faster shipped over a slow one.
