jesserinmccall @shortymonarrez8 omg babe you are the sweetest!!! 😍❤️ personally, for me I do more hot yoga, pilates, barre and light weights & banded workouts. I bulk up really easily with leg muscle so I can’t lift super heavy unless I want to look like the hulk...lol.

jesserinmccall @shortymonarrez8 For me it is also very important in regards to staying fit personally, to having a pretty good diet! I am pretty naturally curvy (especially on my lower half) and it I eat a cupcake it goes straight there. I still splurge all the time but just smart! Aka Not dieting but eating smart. jesserinmccall @shortymonarrez8 trust me I feel yah girl! I don’t even have kids and it is hard to stay with it...I also used to run a TON. I was a D1 cross country runner in college and was doing like 9 mile a days so I totally get it. Now shine splits and IT band issues have made it difficult, along with work, planning a wedding and running a side business ....😅😞 I def recommenced a booty band (I post about it on my insta) because that is something easy you can even do at home!
