Hi! So sorry for getting back to you so late in the day. Armpit to armpit is approximately 24 1/2 inches and bottom hem at waist is 24. There are slots on both sides at hem as well. Haven’t tested the earbuds.

Either I need to set up two locations or two different selling shops. I haven't decided yet which to do. I am really waiting for the weather to help me decide.
