julieviada @chrischerie Thanks, I DID see the piece up the back that connected to the choker, but I want sure if the choker could stretch enough to go over a head, & then keep it's 14" shape {as a tight choker}, & not be too stretched out {I hope that that makes sense 2U}♡

chrischerie @julieviada do you mean the 14" is the chocker circumference measurement? 14" is a lot do you mean cm??? I will measure it for you again when I get home. Sorry for the late reply😉 I tried that on and I think it fits very nice on the neck. Not as tight but still have rooms for breathing. Kind of like wearing a turtle neck it but it is a chocker ❤ the shirt is elastic material like a T-shirt ...is that make sense to you?💞
