NWT and made by toto. The length from front shoulder to hem is about 27 inches and slightly longer in back as it does tend to hang a bit longer in back. It has a layered look to it but is all one. The body is black and the trim and hemline is done in a black and white plaid with buttons at the hem. It offers a collared neckline and button back closure with 3/4 length sleeves. It is made of 60% polyester, 30% cotton and 5% spandex and the trim is 100% polyester
