Hi I’m Melaney! This is a NWT, handmade by me, multifaceted cut, half pear shaped, Simulated ruby (July) birth stone! It's stone is 5mm wide x 7mm long. Deep red color, made of 14k gold filled wire. Looks amazing stacked with other gold rings. Very delicate, beautiful and packed with care! Being handmade, there may be slight differences in wire wrap. I have only picture #3 available in size 6 1/2 and pic 4 in size 7. Let me know if you have any other question.
