@annamiami priority is typically about $7.40 each way. If it weighs under 12 oz you can send in a white medium envelope for about $3.50 each way but I think that dress would be too heavy for that. Typically it's cheaper to resell the item and repurchase. If you wanna do that, I will discount the dress by $5 to help make up for your fees.
