This dress is gorgeous!! And at 5'3", it's so hard to find a long dress that isn't dragging on the floor! The top has little beaded flowers, which were hard to show in the photos. The price of this dress was $248, and I haven't worn it....The designer is Bhanuni by Jyoti. Size 2P. I have the little bag with extra buttons and beads. Waist 13.5", bust 16" length 44" (all taken lying flat). This is a crazy deal and a gorgeous dress! This price is firm, will be increasing or keeping it!

rachelinw @majdar16 I think it's a pretty true size 2. The chest may run a little smaller (would probably be snug on someone over a C cup, I believe). I'd be happy to take measurements when I get home, though.
