Blue topaz ring with diamonds

Here is a 14k white gold ring. It is blue topaz and contains 6 diamonds located on the side. It was purchased from Ross Simons which is a high end jewelry store located in our state. It has gone routinely for 6 month checks to be cleaned, stones checked and prong inspection.
