modamecouture @julieg1 Hi Beauty, they do have stretch but as you mentiones they are a more fitted/body hugging style leggings. I do have a few other colors of leggings that are not as body hugging as these. I have charcoal gray, navy blue and olive green

modamecouture @julieg1 Hi Beauty! I am going to measure the waist. The waist when laid flat and measured all the way around is 27", when stretched out the waist goes up to 48". They have quite a bit of stretch. Length 36", inseam 24", rise 10" but they can like all leggings stretch downward.
