elizabeth236 @jldeevers I'm wearing a medium and I have a little room for if I wanted to wear a sweater with it. Mine falls just above the rear but it also depends on your torso length. If you are a true small, I don't believe it will be tight fitting.

elizabeth236 @ericalynn97 I believe you will be all set with the medium if you normally wear a medium in outerwear, if it doesn't end up fitting you can always return on here and purchase the large! For me, I got a medium because that is what I normally would wear and it has extra room for if I want to wear a thicker layer underneath. Hope this helps 😊
