Greetings ☺ lol @jah81 The size S in this skirt measured approximately 24 inches in the waist and 34 inches when stretched. It has a half elastic waistband. The sizing on the skirt is more generous because the only part you need to be concerned with is the waist. The skirt itself is really loose and flows. The leggings are really gong to depend on your thigh, hips and waist.

@outfit101 I was trying to go off of a sizing chart I saw specifically for TOV. My waist size is a 28.5-I thought maybe be safe & stick to Medium. But your saying I can possibly get away with the Small on this 1...?
