leoninus @asin4utoo Hi Sindee, Thank you for your question. I don't have this in 3X. The 3XL(XXXL) is 21" across underarm/underarm, 3" down from that is 22 1/2". Lots of stretch to the fabric and fabric is soft. Beautiful colors.
