@wretherford i can't say anything for certain because I can't see it on your wrist π I can tell you that it's meant for everyone, even if it's loose it should not fall off. I have normal wrists and it fits close to my skin. The diameter measurement is 2.5". Hope that helps! I'll put the listing back up now if you choose to get the bracelet π
