Kut from the Kloth Diana corduroy skinny pants

gray stretch corduroy skinny pants purchased from Nordstrom and worn/washed once. they are too short as I bought a 4 Petite which has 29 inseam. I am 5'4" for reference and hit right at my ankle. I need them longer to cuff. these have a lot of stretch and sizing recommends to size down however reviews said go down 2 sizes which I did and they fit me perfect in waist. I'm a size 6/7
