openbutton @arlia Hi Arlia, it is meant to be a dress, I wear it both ways. I'd say it would probably hit 2"-3" above knee but this is a guess going by the length on me. It looks cute either way. I have the measurements listed if that is helpful.

openbutton @arlia I am 26-27 as well and I can wear both small and medium. The medium gives me more room in the chest, if you are smaller than 34C then go with the small any larger and I would go with medium.
