@chantelzales I wasn't thinking skin tight but I'm a 23 waist and 32b so if it's loose like that on you there's no way I could pull it off it would be way to loose on me😕 sad cuz I think it would look so cute with my leggings and thigh high boots for work

@esthersthings across the busy is 21". So the tag says size S/M so it runs bigger than a normal small : )
