Tattoo inspired spaghetti conversion dress skirt

The cutest summer dress. Can be worn as a dress a or a skirt. I love these this is the best kind of clothing for summer. Light fun bright and versatile. Would be great for a young girl to grow in for years due to the open sizing of this item. It's is super stretchy I still fit into these but they don't look as good on me now so I was thinking some one smaller than I would get a lot more use out of it. Also has rasta colors rainbow yellow red and green. Very vibrant print details. Will not fade.
