Brand new with tags! Gorgeous crop top made of mash with burn out velvet detail. Light sequin on velvet. The shirt has little to no stretch and it is comparable to a size 0. It says size small however it is tiny. 13 inches across armpit to armpit and 14 inches across shoulders shoulder. Gorgeous top just much too small for me!
