bcdelpilar @tatiana_c Please get back to me on the size 9's. I'm trying to be very patient. Wanting to either get the boots or a refund. One way or the other, I just don't want to be empty handed. Thank you.

tatiana_c @bcdelpilar hey I'm sorry about not responding. I was under the assumption that Poshmark refunded you. After I contacted them they confirmed with me that only 1 pair was sent and also let me know what they would issue a refund accordingly. I can contact them again but maybe it would be best that you also contacted them? I can send you out conversations and give you any information needed. Poshmark's updates have me missing out on many notifications

bcdelpilar @tatiana_c thanks for getting back to me. I'm sorry this has been such a hassle... I'm just assuming that I won't be getting those boots then? Just curious if so, why? I will contact Poshmark if that's the case for the refund... they seem to be running short on my end as well. Thanks

tatiana_c @bcdelpilar I couldn't send you the shoes. The previous customer said that they were small so I tried them on and they were not only labeled wrong but they ran extremely small. And that same day Poshmark stated they would send you a refund. That's why I thought everything was resolved but apparently Poshmark isn't following through. I can try contacting them again and if you can contact them as well that would be great. I'm not sure what else we can do I've never had this happen before

tatiana_c @perfectsize7 I just noticed this also. I know this item has been shipped and once in a while the post office doesnt scan the package in until it arrives to the following location. USPS doesnt do this very often but i am positive your item has been shipped. Please let me know if you need anything else from me. I can also give you the tracking number

tatiana_c @honeybeeblue I think I may have swapped two Orders on accident. I do still have one more size 8 I believe of the boots you really ordered. I can send you the size 8 Boots as soon as I can confirm I have them and you can just keep the boots you received. I'll confirm I still have your size in about 2 hours when I get back to work
