Pink Owl boutique 3/4 length sleeve minidress

Made by Pink Owl, size large. Would fit a medium of large. Back is slightly lower than front. Showed with a belt and without, does have belt loops attached to dress. I don’t have the original belt, but will sell with or without the one in the pictures. Lace on arms is see through. In great condition
