ramahony Does the fabric stretch? I notice that it zips but wondered if it runs small for a large or big? Could you let me know?

shopgrl07 @ramahony the waist is not really stretchy but has a zipper and can be worn lover or higher depending on how you like but your fit ; it's a beautiful skirt with tags never worn.
