@chrissy2132 Hi darling. I'm sorry for the late reply. I have been listing new products. This item is made of chiffon with double lining. I have checked and it's not elastic and I suggest a medium for your size as small might be a little tight. I am size 4 and a small in this size fits perfect with a little room to move.
