@ldimarc yes it can be worn off the shoulders as a Cowl . I'm going to the post office in one hour and again right before they close. The body is a form slim fit as shown. Give me a few minutes in the measurement. Any particular size?

@ldimarc Neck width on a medium laying flat and unstretched is 16.5 inches. 33 total. It stretches another 15+ inches.

@ldimarc it can be worn off both shoulders, off one shoulder or pulled up and folded into a loose Cowl Neck Sweater Top. I hope that helps
