rorilima @mssrn2005 hello you stated there was an issue with the authenticity of you order. One item is a boutique item and the other direct from the store so I'm not sure what the issue is please let me know

mssrn2005 @rorilima there are at least three places where the stitching is not finished it has long threads hanging out the sleeves are two different sizes the shirt is made crooked and it's not the style it's clearly poorly made. And definitely nothing like the picture lead you to believe

mssrn2005 @rorilima it was also listed as new with tags there are no tags there's not even a label in the shirt in the picture was very cute but honestly and I definitely don't mean any disrespect but it's very poor quality.

rorilima @mssrn2005 it's a boutique item which means it it is directly from the manufacturer. Your "opinion" of a material is not covered under posh policy. The item is brand new with tags and exactly as described. Lots of tunics and hanging shirts have that look. I'm sorry you are unhappy but you won't win a case just because you don't like an item or think the quality should be different. The item has to be not as described and it wasn't described incorrectly which is what posh will tell you

mssrn2005 @rorilima well I'm sorry that you feel that way but the pictures that I have sent them shows the poor stitching that is coming out of the shirt in multiple places that is not my opinion of a poor design that is clearly poor quality

rorilima @mssrn2005 it is new with tags. You took it out of the plastic to open it. That's how it's sent. It's a boutique item. Which it states right on the listings brand

mssrn2005 @rorilima none of that makes it OK for the shirt to not be stitched completely and have strings hanging out in multiple places which again the pictures clearly show that was sent in my report we won't let them make the decision I have nothing further please do not contact me.

rorilima @mssrn2005 "poor quality" isn't covered. Which it's not but that's your opinion. Posh will tell you the same exact. I'm not sure how long you have been on this site but I'm a suggested user with a 5 star rating and I'm telling you what you are saying and feeling isn't covered under their terms and conditions. Just because you don't like something doesn't make it not authentic
