INC red rouged cap sleeve dress XS NWOT

INC International Concepts XS Red short sleeve dress with rouging on both sides and fabric manipulation for a very flattering effect. Could also very likely fit a size small. The material is VERY stretchy & super comfortable. 92 rayon 8 spandex. NWOTs never worn just hung in closet for abt 3-4 years.
