vegasbabyy @schwennk I would say maybe a large but these do have quite a bit of stretch in the waist and behind area. I posted my measurements in a comment above. Usually I would go for a medium but the small fit me good. Usually best to try to go off of measurements if you can. Sorry I only have gold and black at the moment.

vegasbabyy @slave2trent no. There's no button or closure at the too. They are just pull on style however they fit very well around the waist. I have a small waist and bigger hips/butt and I wore them to my holiday party. They didn't move all night.
