This bag is what dreams are made of. When I carry it I get tons of compliments! I purchased this pre-loved from Fashionphile. They do guarantee authenticity, however I got another authentication from a professional as well. Metallic leather is still in great condition. Silver dulled compared the leather under Flap. Some wear on corners and edge of flap. I prefer this silver, as the metallic looks better a little less shiny. Plz let me know if you have questions! This bag is STUNNING.

bethi32 @suntalia yes, sorry! I can provide the dust cover. I purchased from fashionphile and no auth card was included but they do authenticate. I would suggest that we each buy the others item for $500. We will pay $500, get $400 back once the sale clears but this way BOTH items will go to posh concierge so we are confident about authenticity and condition. I've never traded (I've never trusted anyone!) but from what I've read this is the safest way to go

bethi32 @suntalia it is the same size as my vintage jumbo, and was listed on Fashionphile as a jumbo. There is some rubbing on the corners (see pics for that, did the best I could to show) and a tiny fit on the edge of the flap. Otherwise excellent. I do think the bag has lost a little of its shine. I only know that because the quilting under the flap is a bit more shiny. I DEFINITELY prefer it as is. The silver is very pretty.

bethi32 @suntalia The only other thing I'd say is that's it's not a stiff flap. My other jumbo (not listed) is very rigid. This leather on this is softer. Not a flaw, just a callout. I'm trying to be as picky as I can for you. Are there any flaws on the backpack not shown?

suntalia @bethi32 ok is sizing on vintage flaps same as non vintage. Hmm? Is the strap same length are regular jumbos that could be worn crossbody. Also you mention you had it reauthenticated, do you have papers from that and a transaction statement from fashionphile? Sorry to be so meticulous just that it doesn't come with anything :/

suntalia I think I've mentioned everything about the backpack in my listing. There is some folding lines/ discoloration under flap shown in pic. Overall you can see leather wear mostly on the inside but it's not torn or rubbed off. Top flap feels a bit drier than the rest. The gold is 24k plated, some Areas show some wear but it's not that bad same with the cc turn locks. All can be repaired/conditioned by leather spa if desired. bethi32 @suntalia I believe sizing is the same. I can measure this for you. I can look for the authentication paperwork. The chain pulls long to wear cross body like other flaps :) do you have authentication paperwork to share? Probably best of we both do that! If I don't have it I can pay for another. It's $40 for a letter typically on Chanel.

bethi32 @suntalia faking vintage is possible :/ I've come across faux vintage Chanel, Gucci and Louis Vuitton in my 17 years of buying: fakes also include authenticity cards. Those cards are typically not perfectly centered, and the hologram is a bit off- usually a gold tint. I would happily pay you an extra $40 to have it authenticated. I highly recommend Melissa Knape at Memestreasures. She is a professional!
