wardrobe_house @lgiroux these do have some stretch to the fabric & the band you can see at the waist that is about 2 inches wide has nice thick flat elastic in it. They do not have zippers. Please let me know if you have any other questions

wardrobe_house @dillonlee I would recommend a Large for an 8. The sizing chart says Medium but I’ve found most everyone has gone up a size in these. So I would say go with the Large. Please let me know if you have any other questions!

wardrobe_house @ses54 the sizing chart says a Large is a 6-8 so it may work for you. I can take some measurements of a medium in just about 20 mins when I get home if that will help

wardrobe_house @ses54 laid flat the waist on a medium is 14”, length 23.5”, hips almost 17”. These are all with it laid flat. There is 1/2 or less between the medium & large in the hips & waist. These also have lots of stretch to them.
