New UO gingham taupe black strapless ruffle dress

Johann Earl -Urban Outfitter's label. Taupe grey and black ruffled strapless dress with bronze toned button. Elastic top. S/M is 10.5" pit to pit across top laying flat unstretched, same for under bust and I would call this just a small. M/L is approximately 10.75" pit to pit laying flat across chest unstretched and approx 11" across under bust even though it's labeled M/L I would call it just a medium. NO TRADES.
