I would suggest (since you asked) getting a little more creative with your photos. People like to see things modeled, so if you can, try and model the things that fit you, and grab some friends to model the things that don't. (cont)

rmccouture @watchgirl33 If you can wear some of the shoes, for example, do it! Seeing the shoes worn will make them more likely to be purchased (and you don't have to do a full body/face thing.) I try to take as many of my photos outside as I can, because natural light (as long as it's not direct sunlight) makes everything look nicer. (cont)

rmccouture @watchgirl33 If you don't have anyone to take photos for you, you can buy a tripod for your cell phone, and take videos of yourself wearing whatever. That's what I do. All of the photos you see of me in my closet are actually fancy selfies! I make videos standing in front of a sheet (most of the time), then take screen shots of the video and edit them into what you see in my closet (cont)

rmccouture @watchgirl33 All I can say is Thank God for Photo Filters! I don't look half as good in real life as I look in the photos, but doing some touch ups, lighting changes, etc., & presto! I'm a glamorous model! Lol! It does take me FOREVER to create one listing, and spending too much time editing what I look like isn't good for my soul... but I depend on Poshmark to support my daughter, so I do what I have to do. rmccouture @watchgirl33 Up until 3 years ago, I was an English teacher. If I had my way, I would be sleeping right now, so that I felt refreshed and ready for the first day of school tomorrow, but God had a different plan for me. I was in a head-on collision in March, 2014 in which I suffered a traumatic brain injury. I haven't healed from it, so I can't teach, or do a lot of the things I used to do. (cont)

We're right across the Island from each other! You have those great thrift stores near you in Lawrence (or is it Cedarhurst? Maybe both?) rmccouture @watchgirl33 Yes, I can drive most of the time. I have an aversion to sunlight though, so if it's too bright out, I tend to stay in. The car accident messed up the sensory part of my brain, so my eyes don't adjust to light & dark, I have the hearing of a dog (which is terrible!), my sense of smell is acute (yuck!), etc. The over-stimulation of sensory stimuli causes me to get wicked migraines.

rmccouture @watchgirl33 I'm in Port, about as far north as a person can get on Long Island! Just driving to the LIE can take me a half hour. I would love to move, but I can't take my daughter out of Port without having to fight her dad, and it's not worth the stress. Your parents are very lucky to have you! I hope that they're doing okay.
