plary81 The postal service destroyed the hat because it was in a bag instead of a box. I am trying to get the creasing out but if I can't I would like to return it. I am not trying to be rude but if you would have read the message I posted under the hat listing, I asked that you ship it in a box and write fragile on it. In the future , the integrity of the front two panels is very important in hats like that.
