NEW 3D Roses Dress

So uniquely gorgeous with its pattern of 3D roses. Straps are convertible and adjustable. Skater style or fitted flare. Hidden side zipper. Black satin waistband creates a slimmer look. The back shows black satin as well. Fully lined. Bought for my daughter's graduation but it was too tight for her. Length is 30". New but no tags. NWOT . Price firm.
