cottonlane @infinitemusic It's so hard for me to say. The model in the first photo is 5'8" with a 36" bust and she is wearing the small. Not sure if that would help you any but she seems to have a bit of extra room so you may be able to get by with the medium.

cottonlane @britgirl2 The belt is detachable but I haven't tried it on without it. As far as it being sheer, I think it may be fine with nude undergarments.
